What is the scariest horror film ever made?

The most scariest film I have ever seen is Rats. First horror I ever saw, real scary. But I have to agree with you on The Others I have seen it 3 times, each time it gives me the shivers. But for blood and gore it has to be the SAW series. Can't wait for number 4.
