How did chris benoit actually kill nancy and daniel benoit?

and what was benoit doing all alone in his house, once he had killed them, then at least 1 day later he killed himself?? what was he probalby doing in that day in the house he had to himself? work out? sleep? did daniel know that chris killed nancy because nancy was killed before little daniel
