What is my recruiter going to do.....?

My recruiter Sgt. Hill wants me to come in tomorrow and talk about changing jobs. I told him I wanted out of the DEP the people at MEPS said I could get out of it at anytime but my recruiter doesn't listen to me how should I tell him?
