Which statistical test do i use?

Im doing an ysis of if rock density at the base of trees, to see if this has any effect on where the trees grow from a forest in Tenerife. ive divided the rocks into 3 categories High density, Intermediate and low. which is the best statistical test to prove there is a significant difference between the groups?
