Compulsory basic training ( cbt ) PLEASE read and help Thank you ?

Hello i am 21 and wanting to no about the cbt test i am wanting to no things like id or licence what do i need to have to take a cbt test do i need a provisional licence and if so where do i get 1 from do i need a pport if i do not have a pport what would be another suggestion please and where are cbt test centers in leeds PLEASE help.
