I have distortion on my lcd...every coaxial cable inside and outside is new....?

i have new hd box...when u look at pic close or far i have little things moving around almost like looking under a microscope at bacteria moving i know sounds weird its in the background while watching movies etc...any channel could this be bad hdmi`s help..help
