Need help with my graphics card.?

I have a discrete Nvidia G210M graphics chip with 512mb graphics memory (which is switchable to integrated Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics) I want to change the Nvidia card to a Nvidia Geforce GT220 1GB graphics card. Is it possible and how can I do it?
