How do you get printable, lined paper for Microsoft Word (Mac)?

My teacher wants hand-written notes from the book to insure that nobody is sending each other notes. However, taking these notes by hand is the most painful, time-consuming task I've ever done in my life. Please help me out - I'd just like lined paper that looks real, that I can write on with MS Word~ Thanks
