How much trany oil goes in a 2004 rm85?

hey i have a 2004 rm85 and i noticed it has no eye gl for checking the oil or dip stick so i need to no how much ML of oil go in the transmission and can i use normal 4 stroke 10w40 trany oil i use it in my yamaha blaster 2 stroke and it works and also how many ML of 2 stroke go in 5.5 gallons of gas with a 40:1 mixture thatnks guys....
